Touchstone provided most knowledgeable and courteous service one could ask for. I called Tuesday morning, the service technician was at my house that afternoon and my new unit was installed by noon on Wednesday.
On 5/8/24 one of touchstone technicians came to my house & began work. Well he was at Wrong house. Long story short. I called them on 5/9/24 stating my A/C stop working. Lets just say they came out to my home & was very professional!! They inspected the entire AC! They took accountability too their wrong doing and CORRECTED it! I am very pleased with my services! I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding company in every way. I have done business with this company for years. They are ******************* and courteous and respond promptly to after-hours call when needed, even on weekends and holidays. I had a recent problem after hours and the technician went above and beyond to find the problem when I think many would have given up until normal business hours.
