RecommendedIt was very EASY to decide to move to Tower 28. Location, location, location: LIC next to the M,E,R,G,7,N,Q,W,F no brainer! Amenities: Pool, steam room, sauna, state of the art gym, doorman, package room, kids playroom, over 4 lounges, terraces with the best views of the city Price: the best money can get you for a new construction luxury building in LIC hands down.
