Dr. Charlotte Carlson is wonderful. She is very thorough as well as very patient. Before starting any procedure large or small, she explains step by step each part of the process. The office staff is terrific and very helpful and will work with you on scheduling appointments as well as discussing payment options. Been seeing Dr. Carlson close to 10 years now.
From the office staff, the excellent Charlotte PA, to wonderful Dr. M, everyone is kind, helpful and supportive. It is apparent that efforts have been made to assure that every patient has a successful visit.
As a patient, you must be patient… the office seems to schedule too many appointments during the same hour, so waiting to be seen can be frustrating for those of us with busy schedules. But once you're in, the doc is pleasant, knowledgeable, and supportive. His staff has been with him for decades, so that speaks volumes too.

The staff - Rita, Liz, and the nurses are always great. I saw Charlotte Carlson, the physician’s assistant. She is always kind, efficient, thorough, and caring. Very pleased.
The staff, including Dr. Mekelburg, are all so nice. It's been 5 years since my last visit but they had all my info still at the ready, and were quick and efficient.Dr. Mekelburg asks at the top of there's anything in particular you want to show him, then he proceeds with the full check. Easy.
