Great option in downtown Toledo I have lived here going on 2 years. In my opinion this one of the better options in downtown Toledo. Pros: -Absolutely amazing views. After nearly 2 years I still enjoy the view from my apartment. If possible, try to get one facing east so you can enjoy the river. -Nicer finishes for an apartment (nice tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer & drying in each unit, etc.). -Great downtown location. poorly managed Power and water was out for 4 days and we were expected to pay full rent. Our gym and grill have been closed since March with no plans on reopening. Do not live here seriously regret it. Water and cable often go out.
Poorly Managed Power and water was out for three days and tenants were expected to pay full rent plus hotel costs. This was not the first time for water outage that has happened two other times since I have lived here. Also cable is out multiple times. I have only lived here for a year.
