Unprofessional staff! Julie and Mike have very nasty attitudes. $50 charge for a reversed ETF payment that wasn’t my fault and my rent was still paid on time despite the reversal. (SoFi iykyk) Doesn’t specify such charge in contract. They refused to remove the charge and hung up in my face! Even after paying rent on time. Counting the days til the end of my lease and filing complaints through the BBB and PA Attorneys General.
Mike was pretty cool and had great communication. I haven’t moved in yet however the process to see the property and pay the down payment was fairly easy. My suggestion to management is to offer referrals it’s a great form of advertisement.
Excellent service had an issue with electric on an office I was renting could have fixed it myself but they insisted on sending there technician. Fixed within 2 hours. Highly recommend them.

This company made the process of renting so easy. Mike is the best. I've never had a easier time getting approved for a rental
