I have brought a stray cat to Town and Country to get some vet care recently. Sophie, the vet nurse, was very helpful from the beginning when I called to make an appointment, to help contact the original owner and follow through. It’s a long story but I really appreciate Sophie’s help and time. She has demonstrated how much they care about animals from these small details. I would say this level of care is hardly found in other clinics. Thank you again.
Our Millie aged 11 years old passed away in my arms without help of the vet. Town and Country were a vet down that day, but told me to come straight in. When they saw Millie was nearing her time to cross the rainbow bridge, so they put us in a room, and let us greave with her for however long we needed. The aroha felt was constant, we couldn't have asked for anything else. Finally. After three ops for a sore paw over the last three months, numerous bandage changes and lots and lots of drugs…..Milo is back in his happy place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the amazing team at Town and Country vets and super vet Ailsa Carter. Thank you for putting up with the crazy dog and his equally crazy owner!😂😂
The staff are awesome. I rang and spoke to one of the nurse's to ask a few questions about the medicine that was given a week ago, and she was so cool, taking the time to go over everything I had discussed with the vet at my last visit. Reassured that I was properly informed... I felt a lot better after ring the vet.
Staff are friendly and take care of our pets with the best of care. Highly recommended
