Administratively… this place is an absolute nightmare. I struggle with leaving a 2-star review because I’m good with my doctor (has performed multiple surgeries on me), but the admin. staff is such a mess that I feel a 2-star review is almost generous. Even when you have an urgent issue/need… it is impossible to call one of their offices and get someone on the line that can actually help you. I am so, so thankful for Dr. James Reeves and his incredible team at Town Center Orthopaedics. He really took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all my options, and make me feel comfortable going into surgery. The whole process went so much smoother than I ever expected. Dr. Pateder recently operated on my back (September). I feel 100 percent better. He is an outstanding surgeon and person. I enjoy talking to him, and if I need further back surgery, it will be done by Dr. Patader! I have recommended several of my friends to see him for back issues and I will continue to do that.
Dr. Seal is an Absolutely great surgeon. Bedside manner easy to talk to and ask questions-just a genuinely nice I like joking with. Only thing I can think of is after broken bone in my back he cemented the bone. After surgery X-ray I’d say he needs lessons in applying the cement-draw a flower or initials🤣🥳🤷🏻♀️ Not an “artsy…” . But great y’all!
