I had an excellent experience with the Parts Department at Ford! Tatina was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I got the correct parts quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service, fast assistance, and a team that truly cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this department for anyone needing reliable and efficient service!
I normally go to the North Central location but decided to try this one simply because it’s closer to my job. I will be coming here from now on! The gentleman in parts named Memphis got me situated with everything I needed, with zero stress. I definitely recommend this location to anyone new to the area.
Had a great experience at Town East Ford Parts Department. Tina is the best. Very pleasurable and a joy to be around and helped me with a large order.
Gus and Tina were very helpful with finding the parts for my ford explorer. And we’re very sweet and professional. I will continue to bring my business here!
