I’ve come to this service shop Often for my service needs! I’ve came in before as that “angry” customer and left out feeling so appreciated and taken care of! This service department stays busy! Teri is always a Jewel with her outstanding customer service! Authur shoots it to you professionally but straight and I appreciate that to my core! First time coming here I did my truck’s first oil change, basic fluid checks, etc and I was left kind of annoyed because I got my truck back dirty with oil on the interior panels and steering wheel (they did make it right and cleaned it up). A man that I can only assume was a manager or supervisor of some sort that helped me as I came in had anger problems or something and a lousy attitude and had zero people skills. Service department is horrible. I called five times to have my advisor never call me back once. I spoke to a girl who said she would have him call me, read off the wrong phone number, and when I questioned her about that, she hung up on me. The recall on my vehicle was done. But the other mechanical issue was not fixed. Because I picked my truck up and told them I would take it somewhere else to have that done by someone that maybe had some competency about them. Do not come here. Just like every other dealership, they lie about costs and slip in additional fees at the end to hold your vehicle hostage. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and quick evaluation is advertised as $130. Thats what it should be when it says taxes and fees included. Then why is it magically $140 when I go up there to get it done because "the website is not updated". Then after they do everything, they say they have shop fees and taxes after that so its $174??? David in the service department was great!!!! He got everything done so quick and efficiently and even helped with getting me a ride the best service I’ve ever had for even just an oil change!!! Definitely don’t regret getting my car there or serviced there and will be back for all future problems I have!
