Just wanted to start on saying thank you to Meaghan Schroeder and the technician that were able to get my truck up in running in a MONTH! With a whole brand new motor that was covered by the warranty due to the fact she was calling and getting all my other service information from other dealerships to get that warranty cover on my motor. Our experiences with Town East Ford service department, have always been excellent. Today (4/9/26) we took my wife's (Lira) Ford Escape for an oil change. The service rep, Mr. David McDonough, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a run down of the services we will need done in the future to keep the vehicle running smoothly. And yes, we do need to have these services done. I trust this location, their mechanics and Mr. McDonough, including the rest of the staff. Five Stars.
I would like to say my F150 was in need of a transmission. I received excellent services from the intake young lady took my call and made sure I got in the right hands Meggan.Lozano was that person . She have such great customer service very informative and very knowledgeable very professional. She represents the company very well Meggan you rock.
Excellent experience, thanks to Meaghan Schroeder and Terri Scott... Brought my truck in for a warranty repair and I was given a loaner vehicle same day for the entire duration of the repair which was a month and a half. Other dealerships told me to take a hike. Great communication throughout the repair and they went the extra mile to get the rental covered completely by Ford. Highly recommend. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Miserable experience. Made an appointment to see a specific truck that was advertised for sale with VIN and stock number. It was advertised as CPO. When got there miraculously the truck was not available for sale despite being on the website when I left my house. They did not say anything to me. When I walked outside to see the truck, there was a different vehicle there. Then they told me the first truck that I made an appointment to see was not available.
