VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! maintenance suck, they don't do anything! the breezeways are a mess and the girl in the office is very much lazy. im almost positive that my review will be deleted because of course they only want you to see the good "FAKE" reviews. the office is full of cats, they are freely running around leaving cat hair everywhere. the lady is never in the office and when she is she has the door locked pretending to always be on calls, as if that has anything to do with a walk in. Wanna live here? Good luck. I called and emailed several times, as well as came up to the office, and the only thing I ever got to talk to was the awful AI they have. It's been over a month since I originally reached out, and I still haven't heard anything. Did find somewhere to live, though, no thanks to town parc

These apartments have come a long way and it is all thanks to Kaylee! Her organization skills have truly turned around the appearance inside and out of this community.

My experience with Kaylee has been superb. Very business oriented and professional lady with a great attitude! Town Parc has a awesome leasing specialist hands down!

If i could give these apartments a negative star i would, these apartments looked great to me on the outside but things overshadowed that when i lived here. There were always cops coming because of something, and heavy drug use that you could smell outside of the apartments. They charged for every little thing and there was a really bad roach problem. It was not a environment that i wanted my children in.
