First off the management doesn’t ever respond to emails or phone calls, there is illegal parking that seems like it’s becoming a problem and will be a issue as they are not enforcing any of the terms in the lease and people are blocking garages! I just recently moved in and have had the best experience. Zach has been super helpful from the application process through my move in. My townhome is spacious, brand new, and the additional office is a huge plus. My ac was not working, and Zach had someone out within the hour to make sure it was fixed. The ice maker was not set up all the way, Zach personally came over to fix the ice maker as well. I highly recommend these townhomes.
