Y You're staffed. Move with a purpose. Pleasant employees. Lauren was an excellent assistant. The that assessed me was patient and caring. The three ladies in the ER room were extremely helpful. They went far and beyond to make me feel at home. The lady that saw me off to go home was pleasant. The whole ordeal was a pleasant experience.
Nurses lecha & kee & nawal and techs princess & dee amazing staff but shout out to this team that gave direct care too me. Also Amy in preop Excellent care all very compassionate and professional. Dr metha and his team rock. Thank you Townsend memorial for a comfortable quality stay
Who looks this good after a major neck surgery💕 I can't give this facility and staff enough stars. From Selena in the pre admissions dept to My Christ Like Phy Dr Berliner to the person who's gonna n charge of the menu. I felt like a celebrity. My family was treated as well as I was. This is what healthcare was meant to be. Not that I ever want to go thru this again but as a former healthcare employee, Townsen Memorial is certainly a top10 and would have my business. Keep up the great work guys💕
Just discharged today after lower back surgery. A review with just some nice words cannot do the staff of this facility justice. The staff is very very good. My experience from start to finish was the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. Special shout out to Christine my nurse, you were wonderful. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do I look forward to the special care that all of the doctors and nurses provided from pre op, surgery, and post op gave me.
My mother had a spinal surgery here. At first we were a bit weary because it’s a small privately owned hospital with 5 beds, however it was a really great experience: I would like to mention our CNA Jean was outstanding. She was very compassionate with my mother following her surgery and the next day. Latarsha is another employee that deserves accolades because she was very patient and paid close attention to my mother’s stability.
