My husband had back surgery today 12-26-24 . The staff was incredibly helpful. Nurses Shera and Latarshia were very patient with us because he was in so much pain post op. It was a little exasperating. But in no time comfort came and later he was ready to walk and he was all smiles again . He was back to himself. 😊

Words cannot explain how grateful I am to the staff who assisted me during my stay. Them made me feel so comfortable and were so welcoming and filled with love for their job. My Mother in-law had a procedure here and since it was the first time we had been here, we knew nothing about the facility or the immediate area. Miss Julee helped me tremendously with keeping me informed of my Mom’s condition to helping with local amenities. She is such a kind, compassionate, and sweet person. She is very professional and goes above & beyond to help everyone. Her smile is infectious! In my opinion, Miss Julee is an extremely valuable asset to Townsen Memorial and to the community in general. Thank you!

This Emergency Room was amazing and provided world class care for my spouse. Dr. Taylor was remarkable and immediately made accurate diagnosis and prognosis with medication that promptly treated the condition. The nursing staff Ms. Rosa and Diana and Mr. Ray were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend this facility for your ER needs.
