My mother had a spinal surgery here. At first we were a bit weary because it’s a small privately owned hospital with 5 beds, however it was a really great experience: I would like to mention our CNA Jean was outstanding. She was very compassionate with my mother following her surgery and the next day. Just discharged today after lower back surgery. A review with just some nice words cannot do the staff of this facility justice. The staff is very very good. My experience from start to finish was the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. Special shout out to Christine my nurse, you were wonderful. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do I look forward to the special care that all of the doctors and nurses provided from pre op, surgery, and post op gave me.
Came here to drop off a family friend and hadn’t eaten breakfast yet. I decided to go to the cafe not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was actually delicious and they actually cook the food! I had the sausage breakfast sandwich with hash browns and pancake and had to go for seconds! The staff Karina & Lisa are so kind and attentive! Made me feel like I was a regular 🙂 they deserve double what they’re getting paid. Well worth it!
Had an amazing stay here at Townsen Memorial Hospital. My Nurse's Lecha and Kee were the best RN'S ever, very attentive and knowledgeable in helping with my care. Also, my Tech Latarshia and Nancy were so sweet and very good at her job, keeping my room clean and bringing anything I needed. Having a total knee replacement is not easy but these ladies made my stay easy, comfortable and made this process so much more that what I anticipated. My husband had surgery at TMH. While waiting in the lobby my MIL and I had breakfast in the cafe. Lisa and Karina were excellent. They greeted us as soon as we walked in with a smile. The food was very fresh. Thank you for an amazing experience.
