My mother had a spinal surgery here. At first we were a bit weary because it’s a small privately owned hospital with 5 beds, however it was a really great experience: I would like to mention our CNA Jean was outstanding. She was very compassionate with my mother following her surgery and the next day. Just discharged today after lower back surgery. A review with just some nice words cannot do the staff of this facility justice. The staff is very very good. My experience from start to finish was the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. Special shout out to Christine my nurse, you were wonderful. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do I look forward to the special care that all of the doctors and nurses provided from pre op, surgery, and post op gave me.

When I came in to the ER, immediately Chrissy & Ray took very care of me. Even though I was in a lot of pain, they were professional, gentle with me and compassionate towards me. I would recommend this Hospital ER to anyone. Thank you again to Chrissy & Ray for taking good care of me!

So I recently stayed at Townsend Memorial for a cervical spine surgery the ACDF. during my stay, the staff was exceptional. They made me feel comfortable. They manage my pain very well. They were very polite and caring while caring for me. Dr Small and his team are well oiled machine. They work very well together and I’m so glad that I was in good hands. This review is for the deli/cafeteria. Lisa & Karina are always super pleasant and kind. I don’t get a chance to come over here often but when I do, they are always the best. I appreciate happy people and great customer service and they always give that. I work next door and I have been coming here for over a year & each time, they are the same. I have been having a rough day. They made it better.
