My mother had a spinal surgery here. At first we were a bit weary because it’s a small privately owned hospital with 5 beds, however it was a really great experience: I would like to mention our CNA Jean was outstanding. She was very compassionate with my mother following her surgery and the next day. I just got home from surgery and I'm so impressed by the team who took care of me today I had to leave a review immediately. I wish I could remember her name, but I can be a complex case with anesthesia, and the anesthesiologist here was fantastic. This is the first time I've ever come out of surgery not overwhelmed with nausea or vomiting. She is amazing. I wish I could have her for any and all future surgeries. Everyone was so kind and I genuinely feel like they took excellent care of me. Thank you all so much.
Although y’all are very small hospital, I was very grateful for the kitchen staff, namely Karina and Lisa, who were so welcoming and hospitable. We had an overnight stay after my husband‘s back surgery and Karina made sure that everything we ordered was exactly what we needed, and she took care of the small details and once again the next morning when Lisa brought him his breakfast, it hit the spot. Had an amazing stay here at Townsen Memorial Hospital. My Nurse's Lecha and Kee were the best RN'S ever, very attentive and knowledgeable in helping with my care. Also, my Tech Latarshia and Nancy were so sweet and very good at her job, keeping my room clean and bringing anything I needed. Having a total knee replacement is not easy but these ladies made my stay easy, comfortable and made this process so much more that what I anticipated. Amazing place staff and service. It started off with Christine in the ER starting my IV that I never even felt. Then on to KEE as my floor nurse who I could just hug for days and her wonderful assistant Iris who was so so sweet who also assisted Lovely. My girl Latarshia who I love and Tess as my floor nurse who put up with me. I was blessed to have Lovely as my floor nurse and she was truly truly a blessing to have right after surgery. She was there at my Becken and call. Love you all!!!!
