I had an excellent experience at Townsen Memorial Hospital for my MRI. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive. Had a great experience here and was treated with respect.The check in process was fast, I was pulled back at my appointment time. The ultrasound tech, Leslie was very thorough and she did a great job of answering my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Just had my MRI a week ago everything went smoothly and Mrs.Huong and Ha took care of me.
New and Beautifull facility, with excellent localization, easy access and friendly staff. great for the community and Houston population.
Had a procedure done here this week. Quick and professional, will return again in two weeks for my next procedure.
