Incompetent staff. They said I would need 2 procedures and then that magically jumped up to 12 procedures. I cancelled everything and they repeatedly refuse to refund me the $1800+ I paid them for no services. I paid them in October and it is January! Stay Away from companies like this one!!
It was my 1st visit here. I went to urgent care 5 days prior. Was advised if not better in 3 days go to ER. I must say when I 1st came in the front desk lady was really nice. At 1st I didn't feel the way the RN asked what my concern was infront of everyone being the assistant tried to whisper. I was unaware that not all hospitals can do or offer vaginal exams. Im already a self conscious person so to have to say why I'm there infront of the 3 additional employees was unconformable. I do not have a pcp being new to the area.... read more
It was my first visit to Townsenmemorial Imaging and Ms. The experience was wonderful with Ms.Denise in the ultrasound, she toke her time to make it comfortable for me and her job was amazing. It's the best place for ultrasound.
This was my first time visiting the imaging center and Ms. Denise made it the most enjoyable experience. She is pleasant, she takes her time to explain the procedure and just put me at ease. Thank you so much.
