I wanted to leave a review for Denise at Townsen Memorial Imaging because she took such wonderful care of my mom during her procedure. Denise was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and she made my mom feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Procedures like that can be stressful, but Denise’s caring attitude and attention really made a difference for my mom. We are very grateful for the compassion and excellent care she provided. I had a very pleasant experience at my MRI appt. Thankfully they were able to book me to come in on Saturday. The front desk receptionist and the lady that assisted me with the actual MRI were very nice. Ive never gotten an MRI before so i was a bit nervous but the staff provided me with headphones to tune out the noises the MRI machine makes. Once done, they provided me with a QR code to see my images and got the actual report by the following Tuesday. Thank you very much to those two employees! 💙
The TMI team was very professional and wonderful. My tech Denise is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the procedure very well along with why she was asking me to breathe deep so many times. Highly recommend her if you are needing an ultrasound done.
