Intake + post teams are great! Jeremy, Daniel and team on the way out make getting back home safe and efficient. The intake team (pre procedure) are also very efficient and thoughtful. Been there 6+ times since Nov 2026 and would highly recommend. Front desk could do a better job keeping me and my driver informed on timing, but seems they are implementing a “patient tracker” screen - step in the right direction. If I could put no stars, I would. They said be here at 7am-when they opened-we get here and sign in they cant tell you anything about scheduling. 90 minutes later we in finally find out, I am scheduled last for the day. Maybe 4 or 6 hours wait, I could have gotten here an hour before.. Staff is clueless and rude. IF YOUR DOCTOR USES THIS PLACE GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!, OR GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or YOUR FAMILYS TIME.

The wait is horrible. Appointment is not a thing here. My appointment was schedule for 8 am. Nothing to eat or drink after midnight. It’s 920 and I still haven’t been called back. So it’s first come first serve. There is a lady here that’s been waiting since 6:45am. This is ridiculous. Place is clean and cold.
