If I could put no stars, I would. They said be here at 7am-when they opened-we get here and sign in they cant tell you anything about scheduling. 90 minutes later we in finally find out, I am scheduled last for the day. Maybe 4 or 6 hours wait, I could have gotten here an hour before.. Staff is clueless and rude. IF YOUR DOCTOR USES THIS PLACE GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!, OR GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or YOUR FAMILYS TIME.

The wait is horrible. Appointment is not a thing here. My appointment was schedule for 8 am. Nothing to eat or drink after midnight. It’s 920 and I still haven’t been called back. So it’s first come first serve. There is a lady here that’s been waiting since 6:45am. This is ridiculous. Place is clean and cold.
