I recently had a procedure here for a tonsillectomy and a deviated septum correction. The idea of doing both at the same time was terrifying. When it came time for my procedure I encountered the most lovely and caring staff I could dream to have. The nurses had incredible bedside manner and made me feel as comfortable as one can be before going into surgery. A very heartfelt thank you to all of the staff here at Townsen Memorial Surgery Center - Katy for being incredibly courteous and professional. My father had lumbar injections and was initially concerned about the procedure and the potential risks and adverse effects. The front desk, surgical team, doctor, and the discharge team went above and beyond by providing exceptional care to him. The surgical center was very clean throughout and newly built. This office was amazing from the time I walked in and was greeted to when I went back. They were very fast and professional this was my first time going under anesthesia my pre op nurse Grace helped me feel comfortable she was so sweet. When I woke up my PACU nurse Lygia was just as nice as well as every one else on the team. 10/10 recommend!
I just want to say thank you to all the staff here, they took good care of me made sure I was comfortable before and after my procedure. A special thank you to Grace for showing me the best care, if you need an IV ask for grace she was so gentle and the only time I’ve ever had an IV in my hand with NO pain and done correctly on the first try. Thank you again to every one I am so grateful and thankful for every one that took care of me, thank you Dr David for making sure I was good.
Clean and professional center. Hospitality is second to none. The ladies at the front were very nice and the doctors were accommodating and informative. I highly recommend this place.
