Lorin, Megan and Stormie are absolutely AWESOME!!!! Along with all the staff, they are very efficient, kind , considerate and caring. I have been there over five times and it is always a wonderful experience. They deserve 25 stars. If you need any procedures try Townsen Memorial Surgical Spring
My visit was January 8, 2025. The front desk receptionist was not accommodating. She just handed me a tablet without explaining what she wanted me to do. When signing forms she did not explain what the form was for. Just asked me to sign. The pre op nurse did not introduce herself. She just walked in and started prepping me. As a nurse practitioner, I have high standards for care. This place exceeded my expectations. The front desk was kind. The nurses were knowledgeable and skilled. Natalia, my nurse, was the definition of a good nurse. She was empathetic but also efficient. The anesthesiologist explained what to expect carefully and without rush. When they did a patient handoff, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was almost mechanical- which is good in this case. Nurses Denise, Cynthia,Ashley, And Black Paramedic lady were awesome! The nurse from Michigan(Forgot her name) her families from flint was wonderful as well. They made my procedure pleasant and had very wonderful bedside manners. They understood me driving from Dallas for my procedure and being nervous. They took care of me in post-op and even talked and laughed with me to fend off nervousness.I love these ladies and thanks for being the best nurses in that building.
Awesome experience at the spring surgery center! The young lady Julie at front desk helped out with my paperwork at check in , once taken to preop by Brittany she was very helpful and calming my nerves before my procedure! Aria, was very nice for holding the door open for me! All of staff made me feel welcomed and valued.
