Townsen Physician Group is just an awesome doctor's office ive visited in recent time. Their customer service excellence was exhibited from the moment I got into the reception all the way to seeing the doctor and back to the reception up until I exit their office. You guys have done very well and I will always come back and recommend you to friends and family.
This is the first doctors office Ive visited in 5 years & I definitely look forward to coming back for care. The receptionists and nurses are super friendly & they laugh politely at all my bad jokes, and Dr He has been attentive and direct with my care, which I really appreciate. Thanks guys!
