I love how pleasant everyone is! My son enjoys the visit as well he’s 2.5 yrs old and loves the murals on the walls, the toy or sticker at the end, the interactions with the medical team, and the toys to play with while we wait! They make so much time to sit with us and answer questions, give suggestions and evaluate my son. As a mother I feel heard, validated, and confident in his care! Best pediatrician office for sure! We have used Towson Pediatrics for many years and cannot say enough good things for all the providers. The front desk ladies are lovely and have always been helpful in easy tasks and hard ones. I can always get a call back when needed and also appreciate their easy approach to problems. We’ve been able to give great trust to Dr Assad, Katie, Shannon and Shannon and appreciate all they do for our family!
I picked this location because of the reviews. The office is CLEAN & kid friendly. Our first visit was with Katie, she was AMAZING. She answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. She was very personable. Ms. Sherry at the front desk is awesome as well. My Son received care here from birth until last month. Unfortunately, we are moving and have to switch Pediatricians but I AM GOING TO MISS EVERYONE in that office. They are all amazing. Overall, great place to take your child(ren).
My kids loved everyone at Bear Pediatrics, we recently left the state and we are sad to leave this practice. Everyone is very kind and inviting. Katie made sure my kids always felt comfortable with everything during their visits. They always got us in even during the busy seasons and I never had to wait for more than a few minutes, which is almost unheard of nowadays at doctors offices. My kids also always looked forward to getting their toy at the end of every visit.
Katie is the sweetest, most caring person I’ve ever met. For being such a busy practice, she never fails to provide the most EXCEPTIONAL care to my son. With each visit you are guaranteed to be welcomed with a smile. Katie is an amazing listener and has taken my concerns into consideration and has even pointed me into the right directions. She will not dismiss any concerns that you may have. Don’t think, just go. Get your child in with Katie. Your child will get nothing but the best care.
