First time Tacoma owner and took it to Toyota of Grapevine for my 10k maintenance and questions. The maintenance was easy, but Kristina Cook went out of her way to answer my questions regarding my truck. She took time to walk me to my truck to point out some features. The Service Department did a great job during my last visit; oil change, tire rotation, and installed specialty tint to my back windows. I was updated throughout my visit and was sent additional services, cabin air filter, that needed to be replaced. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for all my services.
