I took my Lexus GS 350 to them on Monday only for them to tell me that the guy only works on a Saturday. I took it in to have a alternator replaced. The only positive about my experience in purchasing my Wagoneer here was Ethan. He was very friendly. I understand that buying a Used vehicle means it is “as is”, but basic functions like air vents blowing properly, entertainment screen working, and headlights high beam correctly working should be present upon leaving the lot. I was told that the Manager said to take it to a Jeep dealership to have these issues repaired. Justin and the lady's are really sweet they keep you updated and check on you while in the waiting room waiting on your vehicle! There is plenty of drink/snacks free coffee ☕️ and they have fast convince of service!
