From start to finish, this deal was so easy and everyone was so very nice! I had such a lovely experience here! Even as the daughter of a car salesman, and ex-wife of a car salesman, I was an anti- car lot, buy online sort. "Kaizen" Now I purchased a 2025 Tacoma. When the truck came in it had problems but the communication from the dealership salesman was very bad. The initial communication was when the vehicle came he would let me know it was ready, but hours went by, nothing. It wasn't until I called then he told me that there was a problem. The driver side headlight was bad. The lights were on backorder, no biggie I understand. Edward in the service department is fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what my car needed—no pressure, just clear advice. Service was quick, my car runs great, and they even followed up to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!
I got new brake pads, a tire rotation, and new cabin air filters, ect — and couldn’t have had a better experience with Penny. She helped me get my car in shape for summer and back on the road! Also, Eric was willing to stay 2 hours past the time he was suppose to get off in order to get my car done! The staff was very friendly while I waited. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
