"Kaizen" Now I purchased a 2025 Tacoma. When the truck came in it had problems but the communication from the dealership salesman was very bad. The initial communication was when the vehicle came he would let me know it was ready, but hours went by, nothing. It wasn't until I called then he told me that there was a problem. The driver side headlight was bad. The lights were on backorder, no biggie I understand. I’m so glad that I went to Meridian and bought my Toyota Tundra. It was well worth it. Anthony and the Finance personnel hooked me up. The customer service that they provided was amazing. They made me feel like I was at home and it seems we knew each other already when we met.
