I had such a lovely experience here! Even as the daughter of a car salesman, and ex-wife of a car salesman, I was an anti- car lot, buy online sort. My salesmen, Anthony and Lawrence, were fantastic and made sure I got the right vehicle for my wants and needs. Back in 2014 I bought my Camry from here and it was a great experience. Now when I bring it to the service department Penny and the staff have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. Dealing with getting vehicles getting worked on can be frustrating and take a long time. They will get you in as quick as possible, let you know how long it will take, make your wait pleasant, check you out and send you on your way with a smile. Always have a great experience with Penny and the service department.
We had the pleasure of working with Ethan & he was absolutely wonderful for us! The day before we were not sure about purchase due to looking around, but the next day we came back and made purchase for our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and we are so pleased with it. I always appreciate having my vehicle maintenance done at Toyota of Meridian. I usually don’t have to wait very long until it’s finished, and I’ve never had any problems with my vehicle after going there. It also really helps when staff members like Penny are able to remind me about the work that was done on my last visit or about other things I’ll need to have fixed on a future visit
I took my Lexus GS 350 to them on Monday only for them to tell me that the guy only works on a Saturday. I took it in to have a alternator replaced. They close at five and called me 20 minutes before five to rush and get my car once I get my car and leave in it and get home. They didn’t put the motor covering back on it my GPS wasn’t working.
