I had such a lovely experience here! Even as the daughter of a car salesman, and ex-wife of a car salesman, I was an anti- car lot, buy online sort. My salesmen, Anthony and Lawrence, were fantastic and made sure I got the right vehicle for my wants and needs. I took my Lexus GS 350 to them on Monday only for them to tell me that the guy only works on a Saturday. I took it in to have a alternator replaced. They close at five and called me 20 minutes before five to rush and get my car once I get my car and leave in it and get home. They didn’t put the motor covering back on it my GPS wasn’t working. Would like to leave an endorsement on Ethan Brantley. He recently assisted me in purchasing a Hyundai, Tucson Ice. He was friendly and very forthcoming coming with information on the vehicle we were trying out. He was never pushy or high pressure, but very helpful and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Incredible service! Our family was traveling through the area when the vehicle A/C quit working. Ethan greeted us as we pulled in and helped us get to the service area. Penny and everyone working at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. This place was very busy, but we couldn’t help noticing how nice the staff were working with folks. The mechanic explained issue and even gave us some valuable information while traveling. We highly recommend this business!
