I loved my experience at Broadway Toyota-Scion. I really can't compliment them enough. We had contacted Ian previous to showing up at the dealership about what we were looking for, so he was expecting us when we arrived. I really appreciated the fact that Erika was willing to work with me on my terms, meaning that she did not insist upon contacting me by phone (which is terribly inconvenient because of my workplace). She did this entire transaction via email because I let her know that that works for me. She sent me the specs on my car, the price including the discount she was able to give (the price worked for me) and I simply had to come in to pick up the fully detailed car on MY schedule. Broadway Toyota was very good to work with. First, they had the RAV 4 we wanted -- other dealerships did not and/or could not get access to this particular vehicle. We wanted the optional 3rd row. Second, although Broadway Toyota is not part of the Costco program (we had been working with a dealership previously that was), the price we paid for the RAV 4 seemed comparable with the Costco prices we had been given. Bill Andrus was like no other salesman I've ever dealt with. He was friendly, very personable and one of the most interesting and fun to talk to people I've ever met. I felt at ease immediately with Bill. There was never any pressure or unnecessary sales pitch. I already new I wanted to look at a Prius, but didn't know if I could swing the deal. Bill assured me he'd do everthing possible to make it happen. I never once felt intimidated or hassled. I truly got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I purchased a long awaited for Prius last year from Rod Shogren. I have always wanted a prius, however, dreaded dealing with salesmen...i am a single woman and always feel taken advantage of. I was referred to Rod and probably drove him nuts calling him constantly with questions. He was so professional and so knowledgeable and so patient. He was always kind and courteus with me and i never felt stupid with the questions i had. I would hightly recommend Rod to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a Toyota.
When I stopped in at Broadway Toyota I had no intention of buying a car, just kick the tires and see what happens. I left with a 2010 Prius V. I believe I was treated fairly and had a very conscientious, knowledgeable salesman in Ken Scott. The entire experience was without hiccup.
