Scion Sales Experience On recommendation, we met with Sam Mansfield and found a new Scion xB. The “Scion” process was VERY easy, and we appreciated how straightforward everything was (including vehicle pricing and even interest rates) and how everything was clearly posted. The “Business Office” was no different; Curt was informative, low-pressure, and had everything clearly priced (Sam even gave us a print out of warranty options and pricing to review prior to meeting with Curt). Overall, a Truly Outstanding Experience!
New Car Experience We recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla. The salesman was very professional and thorough. It was reasonably priced. They had a large inventory to choose from. We were given a tour of their 52 bay service center. We were impressed. The whole buying experience was a pleasure. They are head and shoulders above the rest. We have been happy Toyota owners since 1977. The quality and reliability is awesome! The best salesman you can ask for, is Chad Hale. He gives you useful information, not sale pitches.
big place Both the showroom and car lot of this dealership are very large. You'll find many cars and SUVs here that will fit your choice. Most of the salesmen are nice and friendly, although a few are too informal and make the process rushed. The whole staff is still very knowledgeable of every car, and knows the inventory all the time, so they can help you find which auto you want. The service center is not right there, but it's close enough.
bad this dealer sales used car that doesn't have it's user manual or original keys. should we question the qualities of the cars at this dealership?
