Servicing my 21 Lexus RX350L here today was great. They got me in and out on time to be able to get back to work, no time was wasted. Marco Villa my service advisor did extremely great by going above and beyond to get me all the services needed for my vehicle. He was patient, answered all my questions, got back with me when vehicle was ready. I would recommend this place.
Service experience was awesome, and love the mailer coupons y'all send out. Was about to do the maintenance myself, but the $89.99 bundle with a $25 gift card was too good to pass up! Also, I like that the dealership gives a car wash code since you don't have one on-site. My wife appreciated me bringing home a clean car to her!
Great service with Lee. Arrived with sweet greeting from the gentleman at valet. Professional, efficient, and not too long of a wait time during mid day week day. We are coming back next month for transmission fluid and coolant fluid change. Lee is great to work with. Would recommend.
