I had a great experience at Toyota of Richardson.My service advisor was Lee Schuster i really appreciate getting in and out of there as quick as I did on a Monday afternoon at 4:15 when I arrived my SUV was ready at4:41 i went in for a wheel alignment the thing I appreciate the most is Lee taking the time to explain about the alignment. And if I had any other concerns, everything checked out on the car again. Thank you.
The Service Manager and his team provided superior customer service. They took the extra effort to support us, reaching out to corporate to obtain coverage for the issue we experienced. It is this extra effort that creates loyalty not only to Toyota Richardson, but also to Toyota autos. Can't say enough praise to the service team and the excellent work they have performed.
Servicing my 21 Lexus RX350L here today was great. They got me in and out on time to be able to get back to work, no time was wasted. Marco Villa my service advisor did extremely great by going above and beyond to get me all the services needed for my vehicle. He was patient, answered all my questions, got back with me when vehicle was ready. I would recommend this place.
