I usually don’t post bad reviews however I feel this review is warranted and justified. Two weeks ago, I got my oil change done at this service center. However, recently, a few days ago, I started smelling (what I initially assumed was gas) whenever I would turn on the AC. I checked my hood to inspect and i realized the oil cap was not secured on properly. Great experience. Stephen took good care of me. He kept me abreast of everything throughout the process. Very personable, polite, and professional. I appreciate the expert working on my vehicle. I believe he did an honest characterization of my vehicle and did not try to gouge me. Very impressed with the service team
BEWARE: DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I have given this dealership so many opportunities to prove themselves to do things right, yet each time they have failed to complete even the most basic of tasks on my services to where the integrity of the service department is brought into question. They are eager to improve the dealer pricing with various discounts whenever they apply to work being performed. Went in for a recall maintenance service. Added several more services since I've been neglecting the car after warranty expired. Excellent waiting areas with new deluxe coffee machine.
