Who knew visiting a service center could be so easy and even enjoyable? Everyone from Alex, the team member who assisted me, to Justin Hogue, the assistant service manager, made sure my experience was efficient and pleasurable. This was my first visit to this location but I will definitely be returning. I drove away feeling confident my vehicle was well taken care of. Cannot recommend enough.
I usually don’t post bad reviews however I feel this review is warranted and justified. Two weeks ago, I got my oil change done at this service center. However, recently, a few days ago, I started smelling (what I initially assumed was gas) whenever I would turn on the AC. I checked my hood to inspect and i realized the oil cap was not secured on properly.
