I had a recall service done at Toyota of Richardson. They called me to alert me of the recall and got me scheduled quickly. From start to finish, the process was easy and felt very well managed. I appreciated that the car service was completed on time as promised and all went well. I was impressed with the facility, team and overall service. Would highly recommend this service site as staff and location is run professionally!
I usually don’t post bad reviews however I feel this review is warranted and justified. Two weeks ago, I got my oil change done at this service center. However, recently, a few days ago, I started smelling (what I initially assumed was gas) whenever I would turn on the AC. I checked my hood to inspect and i realized the oil cap was not secured on properly. casey was really helpful and polite to speak with when registering me into the system. from checking out to the valet everyone was very polite and quick. the overall service was also very quick even with having a power outage earlier in the day it didn’t delay me getting my car back on time.
They are eager to improve the dealer pricing with various discounts whenever they apply to work being performed. Went in for a recall maintenance service. Added several more services since I've been neglecting the car after warranty expired. Excellent waiting areas with new deluxe coffee machine.
