I took my Camry for the 80,000 mile service. I was promptly seen and received video feedback while my car was being serviced. The service representative sat down with me and explained the results of the inspection part of the service, made several recommendations, and handled the rest of the service we agreed on. I was there a reasonable amount of time while my car was serviced and ready to leave. The cost for the service was reasonable and expected.
