The appointment process was easy. The receptionist was efficient and I only had to wait a few minutes. Procedure was quick and painless. If you have to have some kind of medical procedure this place is very efficient.

Over the past 6 months I've had 4 separate visits to TRA. So they had plenty of opportunities to drop the ball somewhere along the line. But they didn't. Pretty impressive how consistent they are with maintaining high customer satisfaction. Always short wait times. Even when I arrive 15-20 minutes early, never waited more than 10 minutes. Just a true 5 star experience every time I've been there.

It is unacceptable and ridiculous that it takes over a week to get a callback for an appointment after a Doctor sends in the request. For many people time is of the essence, it is unacceptable for your staff to site staffing shortages as to why they cannot call people back when you walk in and see five or six people hanging out.
