The MRI tech was incredibly quick and thorough with the contrast dye portion of the MRI, I didn’t even notice the needle and I typically get queasy with needles! She was very kind and attentive, as well. I wish I could remember her name!
I had a referral here from Tricare West and I will choose the Gig Harbor location for my imaging needs in the future. From scheduling confirmation through the entire procedure was professional and caring. The facility was clean and I felt safe and cared for the entire appointment. The staff were professional and courteous and listened to my concerns and explained the procedure with empathy. I have used all of the TRA locations in the Puget Sound area and this location should be the standard TRA emulates.
Ok, I’m going to give a very summed up review. When my MIL and I went into the building, the receptionist was very kind and was a joy to be around… however when the ultrasound tech came out she asks why did I take 2 ultrasounds, and I explained my midwife and doctor wanted one and ordered them with separate offices, she then tells me “That’s not the case, why would a doctor order one after another.” I was taken aback because why was she being so rude to me… I told her I want to take the ultrasound and that I came a long way ... read more
The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful, but when I got called back for my MRI it went south quickly. I needed a little help with dressing so I was able to have my person help. But then it was all about the contrast. I was told to bring the referral with me and I showed the tech it said no contrast, she scribbled all over my paper referral, for what reason who knows. I had a quick and easy check in at this facility. I arrived early and was all checked in right away. The person at the desk was very kind and friendly. I figured I would be waiting for awhile, but was called back very quickly. The person doing my MRI was nice and I was done and out the door only minutes after my scheduled appointment time. A beautiful facility with great customer service.
