This company sent me a bill for $492.82 OUT OF THE BLUE for services rendered 4.5 years ago. Prior to this, I was completely unaware of any debt I owed them. I called their billing office to address the matter, but all I got was a recorded message saying they can’t take my call because their call volumes are too high. The only option they offer is to leave a voicemail. It is impossible to get them to answer the phone to schedule or talk about an existing appointment. It will ring forever and then just drop you. I'm not sure how they can manage their business this way if you can't speak to them about an appointment or schedule a new appointment. This has happened multiple times over the past 2 years.
I was pleasantly surprised this was a very good appointment. The front desk gentleman was kind, quick, and efficient. The MRI Tech was beyond considerate, gentle, and saw to all my needs before I could anticipate them. I appreciated him talking me through each step as they happened. His attention to comfort was above & beyond. The MRI took half the time I'd expected. To prepare, I removed all my jewelry and left it at home, saving me a hassle & time when derobing. They are really good. My doc requested a complex CT scan, and worded the referral vaguely. Bellevue imaging started muzzing me about it, like - "oh, it's not completely clear; oh we are concerned about exposing you to too much radiation, etc". Eventually, they ceased all communications with me completely. So I called TRA. TRA was great. They scheduled the scan within 10 days of my first call, they got insurance approval for it, and did it without any issues. Highly recommend.
It took me weeks to feel confident enough to call this facility to schedule a mammogram, as my Dr suspects I may have a serious illness. When I called, the male scheduler was unhelpful, requested to know my personal medical history over the phone (symptoms), and judged me for being "too young to even need" this specific exam. Contrary to popular belief, cancer can happen to anyone at ANY age.
