The ultrasound tech was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout both the internal and external ultrasounds. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything as she went, which really helped calm my nerves. I truly appreciated her kindness and care.
I've been to TRA a few times for various types of imaging, most recently an MRI. My interactions with their staff has always been pleasant. They are very professional, caring and proficient.
Gig Harbor TRA is top tier. Very professional, kind, caring staff. They are everything you want and need in an imaging facility & I want to thank them for understanding just want a patient needs.
Worst ultrasound I’ve ever gotten. This is my third baby, I’ve gotten ultrasounds in a different state, and different place pretty much every time. This was the worst. The front desk was loud and rude. The ultrasound tech was cold and ruined the whole experience. I will never go back, and I’m sad I had to pay them for such a terrible service.
Professional staff, nice facility. My second visit in three years was completed on time and I was made very comfortable during my MRI.
