Worst ultrasound I’ve ever gotten. This is my third baby, I’ve gotten ultrasounds in a different state, and different place pretty much every time. This was the worst. The front desk was loud and rude. The ultrasound tech was cold and ruined the whole experience. I will never go back, and I’m sad I had to pay them for such a terrible service.
Tech was extremely rude and not in the least helpful She appeared hostile. Not offering to help and not appearing to want to do the MRI. Told me to go to “!Hospital!”
Great customer service. Easy to make an appointment and scan tech did a great job of explaining the process.
Staff was friendly, but their administrative process is terrible. Was scheduled for a stat CT, and even after my insurance company had approved it (And a Full day of phone calls back-and-forth with them) And confirmation all orders and authorizations were approved Arrived at my appointment to be told their radiologist to change the order and we no longer had approval. So literally days after my “stat” CT order And hours and hours wasted with TRA. I I’m scheduling with another diagnostic center.
I was having extreme pain, they did the very best to make sure I could get my MRI quickly so my surgeon could evaluate my issue ASAP I was so impressed and thankful
