The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful, but when I got called back for my MRI it went south quickly. I needed a little help with dressing so I was able to have my person help. But then it was all about the contrast. I was told to bring the referral with me and I showed the tech it said no contrast, she scribbled all over my paper referral, for what reason who knows. She said my appointment needs to be canceled. She is not the doctor! I went ahead and said yes to the contrast so I did not have to reschedule. One ... read more
I had a quick and easy check in at this facility. I arrived early and was all checked in right away. The person at the desk was very kind and friendly. I figured I would be waiting for awhile, but was called back very quickly. The person doing my MRI was nice and I was done and out the door only minutes after my scheduled appointment time. A beautiful facility with great customer service.
The scheduling process over the phone was great. The woman I spoke to on the phone the day before the appointment was helpful and professional. The receptionist and technologist were professional, but not understanding to my need of having both my husband and mother be in the room with me during the ultrasound at the same time for support. They were allowed to switch near the end of the appointment, but the technologist could not give me a valid reason for the policy, other than it is an old enforcement from 2020. The healthcare these days is so slow to get anything done. They are so overwhelmed. This was probably the easiest procedure. I've had done in the last 2 years. It was quick, there was compassion and caring. Thank god...
The ultrasound tech was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout both the internal and external ultrasounds. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything as she went, which really helped calm my nerves. I truly appreciated her kindness and care.
