Tech was extremely rude and not in the least helpful She appeared hostile. Not offering to help and not appearing to want to do the MRI. Told me to go to “!Hospital!”

I was having extreme pain, they did the very best to make sure I could get my MRI quickly so my surgeon could evaluate my issue ASAP I was so impressed and thankful

Staff was friendly, but their administrative process is terrible. Was scheduled for a stat CT, and even after my insurance company had approved it (And a Full day of phone calls back-and-forth with them) And confirmation all orders and authorizations were approved Arrived at my appointment to be told their radiologist to change the order and we no longer had approval. So literally days after my “stat” CT order And hours and hours wasted with TRA. I I’m scheduling with another diagnostic center.

Great location. Very professional office and Atmosphere. Everyone was kind, attentive, friendly, and did such a great job. Made a difficult situation a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Incompetent. Showed up for an appointment, cancelled without notice. Sent my referral to another facility with wrong recommendation for procedure. Rescheduled for a month later, cancelled due to Tech not being available during business hours. Rescheduled again for weeks later, cancelled due to Tech not being available during normal business hours. Tried to reschedule again at their convenience. Make sure to ask lots of clarifying questions before scheduling because they are not on top of it. Taking my business elsewhere...
