Good very good The doctors and nurses and and the PC text are very good here I appreciate everything they did for me and I never stop coming here I'll be coming here for the last 5 years I live more in this hospital and I do my own house I appreciate all the doctors and keep me alive in that like they do cuz all the illnesses I got I'm bad and I stayed can you figure show for the PD asthma first number one insulin diabetic appreciate all the doctor today
I have developed rather thin skin with age (83yo). I bumped my shin and got a 5 inch tear. I went to the loyola emergency room on a Tuesday morning. I was told they were very busy but would do their best to see me. I only need to wait about 20 mins and was triaged. The efficiency and caring of the staff was remarkable. I obtained very effective, professional and ultimately extremely caring care. Nghiem was very warm , welcoming and empathetic. I normally go to Elmhurst, but my doctor instructed me to go to Loyola. Dr.Nghiem shared his personal stories about his wife to help comfort me and reassured me that he would never make me do anything and the choice would be mines, and that we would wait for results before going into action. Horrible horrible experience I arrived at 11am sat in the waiting area until 9pm nurse came to do everyone’s vitals in the waiting room when asking how long until I will be called nurses were rude saying they don’t know there is no specific order I came in with a Immediate care referral for abdominal appendix pain and still no rush to see me it wasn’t until a little past 9 I told the nurse I was leaving and contacting patient relations because I came in with a referral and no one has seen me yet. Dr. Nghiem was amazing! His bedside manner and level if concern was outstanding! He was very thoughtful and explained everything until I was 100% clear on what he was explaining about my condition
