Easy to book an appointment online and I found a therapist that does virtual appointments only which is what I wanted, I had to call to get the fee and with insurance it is higher than what I've paid before with other therapists but I really liked Tracey so I booked another appointment with her.
I was saddened to see the previous reviews after my original appointment had been scheduled, but I had hoped that since the reviews were responded to perhaps this provider had learned from their mistakes. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience and would warn others looking for help to stray away from this provider. This therapist cancelled on our first therapy session an hour before our scheduled appointment. When we made a follow up appointment, I waited in the waiting room portal online for 20 minutes and she never showed up. It literally said this provider is currently not online. I tried to schedule another appointment with her. She asked which days would work best. When I told her what my availability looked like, she never responded back. I truly NEVER write google reviews, but like the others who left a review about Tracey, I was seeking help and was not taken seriously or treated like I mattered. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am 02/24, and I scheduled it a week ago 02/17. I join the virtual waiting room for my consultation at 8:55 am, Tracey messaged me to cancel the appointment at 8:58 because she was "sick." Scheduled appt at 5pm on 1/25/2025 and I waited in the providers chat room for 30 minutes and she never showed. It was my first appt with her. It may have not been her fault and maybe office didn’t tell her they scheduled me but I’m upset because I’ve been waiting several weeks to get this appt because not everyone does EMDR. And the last provider I was with for a few visits left the practice. I have a major delay in my mental health care and I’m very upset.
