At first when we arrive, there was no wheelchair available. I came in because my knee gave out so I couldn’t walk without assistant, but once I was admitted and saw my condition, they gave me a wheelchair and after triage things went pretty smooth I am grateful for the staff. They did an awesome job. . They did a awesome job and got to see helicopter coming

Dr. Boykin’s care was the highlight of my experience. She was warm and caring. Ran extra tests when her gut said something was off. She made an extra effort to get me out in time for my daughter’s recital.

She was a very attentive physician. Easy to talk to, and a very good listener. Her bedside manner was superior. And thank you for being so kind with a very gentle spirit.

Everyone of the ER staff took such good care of my 8 year old son who was having some very concerning flu/fever induced symptoms. Every person who came in contact with him and us were so gentle with him and they were incredibly thorough with all of the testing they ran.

Wow, I cannot say enough about the care that I received. The ER and 4 Tower nurses and CNA’s, Transport, CT techs, the Plastics Team.....amazing!!!! The staff is what makes any organization, I hope that Loyola Hospital realizes that because the staff are incredible. They put me at ease and comfort that I was in great care during a scary situation. Thank you for all that you do!
