Everyone there was very friendly and courteous. My wait time was not long at all. Dr. Jakob was great. I would definitely recommend this office.
I may of had to of driven further than I wanted to see an ENT. But I’m happy with the results. Dr Jakob is such a nice lady and didn’t keep me waiting. I was n the waiting room for maybe 10 mins and in the room only about 2 mins after the Assistant left the room before she came in. All the staff are really nice. I would definitely recommend this doctor and her practice to anyone :)

Dr. Jakob is easy to talk to and communicate with, has excellent "bedside manners" and took care of me quickly (with immediate results). I would recommend her to diagnose and take care of your ear, nose and throat issues.
Knowledgeable and informative with an excellent patient rapport. She took her time and explained everything. Very warm and caring.
Dr Jakob is great with my whole family: kids starting at under a year through present day with oldest being 9, plus a husband with plenty of ear issues. Highly recommend. Only draw back is she usually has a wait at the office.
I have Wegener's disease and finding an ENT who is going to take care of me compared with other ENTs who view me as being their next surgery guinea pig; has been a journey of years! Dr. Jakob has ended my journey! I know she will take care of me and my sinus issues without jumping ahead to surgery. And when it is time for surgery, she will proceed with caution and advisement. You could not choose a better ENT than Dr. Jakob.
Awesome Doctor. Very carrying and concerned about the patient. She took time to explain the situation and have me information and guidance.
