Dr. Jakob is the absolute best in every way. She is an incredible physician. She is extraordinarily knowledgable and compassion for her patients. I give her my highest recommendation!
I was referred to Dr. Jacob. She is easy to talk to and really listens. Her staff was great and everyone was kind. The whole experience was positive.
Dr. Jakob was very thorough in her examination. I was particularly impressed given I was a new patient.
Dr Jakob called prescription for me. Pharmacy called me that prescription on back order and dose was no longer available. They would contact doctor back. I called doctor myself and left message for medical assistant and never received a call back.
Everyone in the office was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The people that took care of me prior to me seeing the doctor were thorough in their questioning and the auditory tests. Dr. Jakob was nice, and positive. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and reassured that I was under expert care.
