I have to be completely honest, upon looking at the store from the outside, I’m not sure you’d think it was much different than a carnival shoes but I walked in because I was looking at a particular shoe that looked supportive. Great people here. They mix old school service (they actually care and help you try out shoes) with new school technology to match you to the right pair of shoes. My wife is very satisfied with her new Hokas and insoles. Well done guys.
Wow what an amazing experience. She scanned both of our feet and explained each detail of how our feet need support. She helped us try on over 8 pairs just to find the perfect fit and was so kind. Definitely buy your shoes here if you have foot pain and need to find something better.
Fabulous experience! Clive was so helpful, patient, and personable while we were shopping for shoes for a wedding. He took the time to measure so we got the right size, looked up numerous shoes to order, and did multiple transactions to maximize our savings. Will 100% be back!
My 8 year old son and I had a rough time looking for shoes today at other places. We ended up coming across this awesome store and the staff was very friendly to my son. The gentleman by the name Clive was able to guide my 8 year old son into the right direction. Clive helped him pick out the perfect shoe! Very professional staff and amazing selection in your store.
