First time to this store and very impressed! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful all around! Clive was SO helpful and patient with helping me pick out shoes. He took the feedback I was giving about what colors/vibe/and comfort I was going for and helped pick out a pair I didn’t even have on my radar. Tradehome shoes in Summit Mall is brining back the classic approach toward shoe buying! I went in the store looking for a good workout shoe and Clive and his team of footwear specialists took great care of me. They got my shoe size, allowed me to try on over a dozen different shoes between two different visits. When I picked a shoe that was super comfortable in the store and then used it a couple of times at the gym, I realized that it wasn’t gonna suit my needs. A worker named Brandon worked with me and my mom and was insanely helpful! He measured our feet, was extremely helpful with finding a brand and style. He was funny and easy to talk to and i don’t plan on buying shoes anywhere else!
Brandon was so helpful and professional. He was so pleasant with helping us. We would rate him as a 10 in every aspect. His coworker, (Kalee) ,was also very nice and helpful. This store is a very nice place to shop!
Love the selection and size measuring equipment! Kaylee (might be misspelled) took such a personal interest in my needs and embodied a level of customer service you might find in a training video. I learned so much about shoe technology and what to look for, I will happily drive out of my way to come back! Plus the company really seems to take care of their employees and set them up for success with technology and other resources. Love to see it!
