Avery did such a great job helping guide my girlfriend and myself with insoles as well as a great pair of shoes for her. He helped us understand the importance of why it's important to get fitted correctly. Breaking down the science behind our feet. Loved the experience. We walked out happy customers. Can tell he really cares about his job and the families that walk into the store. Definitely coming back because of the kind and caring attitude shown. This is definitely the place to go!!!!!! Absolutely stellar service, my fiance loved the girl who helped her so much. She brought me there, brought her mom there, and brought her whole family there! I ended up getting insoles and speaking with Clive, was such a great experience! 10 out of five stars
I visited Tradehome Shoes at Summit Mall today around 11:30 a.m., and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Brandon gave me and my girlfriend the best service I’ve ever had. We went in to check out some shoes for her nursing, and boots for my EMS job. In a world like this you go into stores expecting to be on your own, but it was a whole different experience. He made sure to get us fitted, find the style that was to our liking, and give us the best possible option. I have to be completely honest, upon looking at the store from the outside, I’m not sure you’d think it was much different than a carnival shoes but I walked in because I was looking at a particular shoe that looked supportive. I’m a barber that stands on my feet for 10+ hours a day. I’m actually mind blown at the customer service and knowledge of the staff inside.
