Avery did such a great job helping guide my girlfriend and myself with insoles as well as a great pair of shoes for her. He helped us understand the importance of why it's important to get fitted correctly. Breaking down the science behind our feet. Loved the experience. We walked out happy customers. Can tell he really cares about his job and the families that walk into the store. Definitely coming back because of the kind and caring attitude shown. This is definitely the place to go!!!!!! Absolutely stellar service, my fiance loved the girl who helped her so much. She brought me there, brought her mom there, and brought her whole family there! I ended up getting insoles and speaking with Clive, was such a great experience! 10 out of five stars
I have to be completely honest, upon looking at the store from the outside, I’m not sure you’d think it was much different than a carnival shoes but I walked in because I was looking at a particular shoe that looked supportive. I’m a barber that stands on my feet for 10+ hours a day. I’m actually mind blown at the customer service and knowledge of the staff inside. Devon and Avery was Such a helpful and friendly person at this summit mall store.
Great people here. They mix old school service (they actually care and help you try out shoes) with new school technology to match you to the right pair of shoes. My wife is very satisfied with her new Hokas and insoles. Well done guys.
