The 2 gentleman that were working yesterday afternoon were so nice and informative! Went in on a wim because the store is across from Journeys kids thinking my daughter would never find the shoes she was looking for! Nikes with cheetah print check! They had them! No other shoe store in the mall had them! Thats kinda besides the point the point is customer service and these guys were so nice! This is our second time that Michael Burks has helped my husband and I with purchasing shoes. He is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable!!! He makes the process so smooth and easy. When our family/friends need shoes we always recommend Michael because we know that they will be in good hands!!
Tony was extremely helpful during our experience today. He was very knowledgable with the foot scan and explaining things so we could understand and make the proper purchase. My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Thadehome Shoes. Excellent and knowledgeable salesman, Michael spent time hearing our concerns and making recommendations when others shoe stores we visited didn't bother to give us the time of day. 100% recommend. Purchased Hoka Biondi and some crazy comfy insoles.
Had an amazing time at the store. It was my first time getting my feet scanned and actually finding shoes that make not just my feet but my body feel good. Anthony helped me out and was amazing to work with! Would recommend this place for sure! Only been wearing the shoes and insoles for an hour and my feet feel AMAZING!!
