I stumbled upon this store and I am glad I did. Michael was the associate that helped me. He was very knowledgeable about their products and the affect each one would have for my lower back and sciatic nerve issues. I returned a few weeks later to exchange the shoes for a little different fit. No questions, no hassles. Michael helped me with the exchange. The focus on the customer is evident. I had an excellent experience at this store! After waiting over 30 minutes at a different store without even speaking to anyone, we walked in here and were instantly greeted by the friendly staff. Within minutes, we were trying on shoes! The gentleman who assisted us (I regret not remembering his name) was fantastic. He was patient, helpful, and made sure we found the right style and size. The entire store was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place—10/10!
My salesperson was soooo knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect pair of shoes but I never felt pushed or rushed. Michael is the best!!!
We had a BLAST in store with the employees . They were very kind, caring and helped my wife and I find everything and anything we needed. Tony and Skyler were absolutely amazing! If you need a new pair of shoes you NEED to come to this store, they will take great care of you
