Clean, organized store and a good selection overall. My family and I stop in pretty regularly as part of our card shop rotation. The staff is friendly when you talk to them, but the service has been consistently slow and inattentive across multiple visits. Great find. Was looking to add some cards to my Pokedex and they had a great selection and fair pricing! I will definitely be back. I also appreciate the conversation, I've gone to many Pokemon Storefronts and many have ignored or not spoken much, which is very normal. These guys are great! Ordering online from a Florida based store as a California customer, my order was packed within 1 hour of payment. I received my order quickly but discovered that there was a bit of confusion based upon the product description and gave these guys a call. They were quick to make things right and shipped me what was described online at no additional cost to me. I will be purchasing more from them!
I went to go get a booster pack for a friend, not knowing anything about it and they were super kind! I've waited in line before for other drops and this one was managed amazingly! Second they opened everything was very fast and they had a very nice system to get through the line quickly without rushing anyone!
Great card shop! It’s hard to find Yu-Gi-Oh in card shops nowadays, but they had a lot, and I was super happy and grateful for all the help!
