Great atmosphere and dental plans. Dr. Werner was very kind and knowledgeable. He was friendly and answered all my questions/concerns. My experience here was pleasant and I am looking forward to my future visits.
As someone who has anxiety going to the dentist- this place takes all of it away! I immediately felt calm the second I walked in. The place felt clean and cozy. Everyone I interacted with throughout my appointment was extremely professional. It was obvious they truly cared about my well being. I am excited to bring my entire family (kids and all) to this facility!
House plan and cleaning are a joke. She spent 10 min advertising and trying to sell me $70 toothpaste instead of concentrating on the actual cleaning. After, she got all sour about me not buying the toothpaste. They never did any of their own x-rays prior to starting cleaning or any work on my teeth and took copies from another dental office which they talked crap about. Doctor Visgrer didn't know how to provide aesthesia, couldn't numb me, cramped my lower jaw for 2 days and hit the wrong nerve. Told me I'm wired differentl... read more
My experience at trail ridge was a postitive one, they did an amazing job on my cleaning and very quick. I also had a tooth concern that they quickly got me in for the next day to check.
My cleaning appointment fell through at another dental office. I stopped by in person since I saw they were accepting new patients and they were able to fit me in-same day! The gals at reception were very nice and helpful. Debbi and Ling were great as well. Thanks to the whole team. Plus, I love all the amethyst crystals in the waiting room! 😀 🦷
