I enjoyed the professional care from Dr. Visger highly recommend. This is why the review is a 4, he's great. The front office is tough. Tory always made my daughter feel unwelcomed when she was greeted for her Ortho appointments It got to a point where she wouldn't go in to the office unless I joined her. Also Micelle was not kind when insurance policies changed and their care plan they offered changed. In their comments you will see they mention that insurance can be difficult. I always have a great experience at this office. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they always make me feel comfortable during my visits. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality care and a team that truly cares about their patients.
Definitely enjoyed Dr. Visger, he was always helpful, friendly, and explained everything well. The front office however, yikes. Oh and if anyone has been looking for Stephanie since she left that joint, she's at Ledgerock and still as awesome as ever.
I have had a very great experience with Dr. Josh Werner and Kendall. They took care of the cleaning and cavities very professionally and I've got very satisfied so far. Thanks team.
