I am a friend or relative of a resident The facility we looked at was Ironwood Health Rehab, and we were very pleased. It’s very clean, caring, and efficient. The workers were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and they took very good care of my dad. They had a rehab room, outdoor courtyards, and recreational activities. However, it’s an older facility and needs modern updating.

I visited this facility As soon as you walk in the door it reaks of p!ss and the farther you walk in the worse it smells. The staff was very rude and seemed bothered when they interact with visitors or residents. Paint is still peeling over a year later. Floors and surfaces are sticky, dirty, definitely unsanitary. My family members room was toward the back of the facility and by time we got there I was literally vomiting because it smelled so bad. If you LOVE your family member djo not send them here! It's beyond horrible.
