HORRIBLE experience. Saw a provider twice, at the end of the second visit she stated she was leaving the practice, this would be my last visit and I’d be placed on a waitlist. Now having an even worse experience with a billing issue. Website shows they accept my insurance but claim was sent in with the wrong location and wrong provider so insurance is not covering. Unethical billing practices. No billing statement sent for the entire fiscal year of 2023-2024 so far, but suddenly charged my card on file at 9:34pm for services completed over 10 months ago. No record of any of these charges on your portal either. Have no way to access previous authorization agreement on portal either. There needs to be me more transparency. Let me count the ways.. I was given false hope, seen by their doctor who provided a plan at a facility located in Attleboro, was told to go get a tox screen and treatment should start soon, I told him I could complete that day if he sent an order. week or 2 goes by, hearing nothing. I filled out an online form looking for a new therapist. At the end were options for how to contact me. I checked off that they could text me, and ONLY that they could text me. Maybe two hours later I got a phone call from someone saying she was from Northeast Health Services, not mentioning Transformations Care Network AT ALL, who seemed to fully expect me to have any idea what was going on or why she was calling me and seemed deeply annoyed at my confusion. Transformations needs to get better organized, especially with their phone system. TMS treatment is very expensive. At the office near me, nobody follows or enforces the protocol to have all staff and visitors wear masks. I'm pretty disappointed.
