I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The staff is friendly, professional, and supportive. This made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The dentist Dr Zafrani explained everything to me then followed through with a process of solving a complicated problem with my implant along with his assistant T. They provide a thorough assessment of the required dental care (Pre and Post) and explain in layman's terms the corrective action process step by step. In mid-November I met with Dr. Shariq Zafrani DMD a Dentistry Specialist who gave me the time to examine, listened to my concerns and disappointments. He is very patient, knowledgeable, with good advice regarding treatment. His Team Members especially being greeted by Ms Sandi & his Dental Assistant Ms “T”, who made me feel relaxed, very professional, and worked smoothly with Dr. Zafrani DMD.I look forward to following up with this very caring dental office. Very tentative to my individual problem, the staff from the front end Teana and her counterpart Sandy make you feel welcome and at home. Dentists are the least cool places however, this place has mastered making you feel comforatable. The lady T was awesome and got me seated and in the chair for my work. DR Zafrani is really chill and keeps a real conversation and let's you know up front what is going to happen.
