My experience with Transitions Hospice was outstanding. I very rarely leave reviews and even in this time of grief I believe it important to take the time to say that Transitions Hospice was BEYOND wonderful!! We were only with them for a few days and they were very accommodating when we were hesitant about moving to in home hospice care. In my mother’s last days, the nurses were there the entire time. Never follow up, unorganized, hard to get a hold of, do not return calls, just another careless agency. Doctor will never be seen always missing in action. No shame and proud of it
