Transitions Hospice has a wonderful, caring staff that goes above and beyond to assist families through their journey. Their knowledge and skillset help to make the patient's support system and family feel confident that they are receiving the best of care. I highly recommend Transitions to many of our clients at Seniors Helping Seniors as well.

I recently met with Jacob to learn more about hospice and all that it offers. His gentle and kind demeanor about such an unknown, but somewhat uncomfortable subject for those that are not familiar was gentle, kind and so very patient with the explanation. I would highly recommend him to any of my family, friends or clients at anytime!

I am very disappointed with Transitions Hospice. They come off as being very professional and yet, they treat their employees as little children, pay them very little and expect quality service. The trend is for hospice companies to be bought out by investors, pay their employees peanuts while their owners make a killing. Stay away from these huge conglomerates.
