Lived her for 2 years. The apartments are great. The best thing about Traver Courts is its quick and reliable maintenance service. The people are friendly and replace/fix everything very quickly. The accomodation also has a swimming pool, grill, volleyball court and gym. The pool is big and I am a fan of the pool area.
Peaceful apartment complex with welcoming and attentive management. Maintenance is quick to respond to repairs. Complex hosts fun events and is overall a family friendly community. Recommend this to anyone looking for a spot in Ann Arbor.
I'll leave a more thorough review with photos when I have more time, but in short this is the most I've ever felt at home. The management and staff team, the amenities, the grounds and nearby parks, and of course the apartment itself are all so very inviting and comfortable. All of my wants and needs are met, and any issues or concerns we've had has been addressed courteously and immediately. About the best you can get for the price, in Ann Arbor! However, our time here was still a pretty mixed experience. The Good. The 2B units are quite large and the apartment amenities are fairly solid. The surroundings are pretty beautiful with lots of wooded areas and a great nearby set of homes to walk around—great for bird watching/listening. The place looks especially beautiful when it's snowy.
