Though my time at Traver Courts Apartments was just a year and a half, it truly felt like home. As a graduate student far from family, I was looking for a peaceful, welcoming environment and that’s exactly what I found here. I lived here from June 2023 to Jan 2025, and I would like to recommend it to anyone that is looking for an apartment in A2. Location: quiet neighborhood, nice view, close to the north campus of Umich. Price: reasonable, but to be honest, not the lowest. considering the high rent in A2, I do think it is at an average level. Service: I think they are at a very top level! Thoroughly enjoyed time here. The maintenance team here is great and the staff is very accomodating. They were extremely helpful in navigating a difficult moving situation even when it didn't necessarily benefit them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Ann Arbor area. I want to start by saying that our initial interactions with the management team—especially with Kristi—were wonderful. She was incredibly supportive, and our leasing process went smoothly. However, after moving into our apartment, we encountered some issues that have yet to be resolved. On the very first day, we noticed that the bathroom flush was dripping, and the window screens were not properly installed. As a vendor, Traver Courts is an excellent partner. Rachel and her team are easy to work with and provide clear and concise direction. They are extremely helpful to their residents, thoughtful and caring to everyone's unique needs. Property is always kept pristine. The residents we come in contact with are delightful and appreciative of the staffs response to any questions/concerns they may have. Traver Courts is a fantastic property. Highly recommend if your looking for great housing in the Ann Arbor area
