I love my apartment and all the amenities. the staff is helpful and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. We had a leaky pipe on a Saturday and Allyson was there in no time.

Moved in a few days ago, and everything was seamless, thanks to the good folks at Traverse -- particularly Anthony! He's just as nice and helpful as can be and always is in good spirits. Worse place ever to live! NEGATIVE infinity out of 10! You are not safe here and neither are your belongs. You're going to take the brunt of everything and have zero peace here. The staff also do not care if you do try to talk to them about it. They don't respond to phone calls or emails.

Update: garage door has been broken for months - and is permanently open. Anyone can get into the garage and park here even though tenants have to pay to park. Also with the garage door repeatedly broken over the past year, anyone can walk into the building from the garage. We're basically a homeless shelter. Many former tenants have moved out because of stolen packages, terrible management personnel, no one answering office phones, no one available when tenants need help. Dirty neighborhood drug infested, loud neighbors, sometimes I can hear screaming in the hallways! Car break ins. Management nonresponsive.

The management of this apartment building has been extremely slow in responding to safety and security issues. We regularly have homeless people sleeping in the stairwells at night. Even though there is a courtesy patrol, it only comes by a few times a night, and the people who get into the building illegally know when they can get in.
