When I walked in with a larger caliber spent casing, and asked for a pinky ring…. I didn’t expect them to have a straight blank poker face. The turnaround time was criminal. I had a birthday coming up and they were able to get it done in half the time! For the same price they cast it 14 karat gold on it and custom engraved it on the inside band. I went into Travis Jewelers to get my now fiancé a custom fabricated engagement ring in August 2024. After sitting with Robert and Kelly for roughly 45 minutes, we had a sketch and an idea of the perfect ring. Fast-forward a week and I go in for the presentation of a 3D printed design and CAD presentation of the ring. It was AMAZING! By far the best on the Cape. Great customer service and tremendous design and craftsmanship of every piece. The owners, Kelly and Robert, along with the entire staff are attentive, creative and put years of knowledge into each curated piece. The in-house goldsmith and CAD design are very impressive which makes Travis Jewelers stand out and my choice when purchasing a piece of fine jewelry.
