Unqualified Supervisor decides to call off cutting our redwood tree on the day of the job. First off we’ve been waiting over a month for this job to be done and the day of they cancel due to an “emergency”. That’s fine. You’d think they’d be eager to help us the next day ? Wrong. They came the following day with a bunch of excuses why they had to come back next week.
