The crew was on time, friendly, took down the big limbs safely and, cleaned up including restacking some bricks they knocked over, and cleaned the driveway.

I originally contacted Robert last fall when the largest of the trees dropped a huge limb through our brand new roof, causing $6500 in damages both outside and inside. I had to delay the removal of them because of a surgery I was scheduled for. When I contacted Robert, his crew showed up in 3 days and completed the job. These trees posed an imminent threat to the home, and needed to be removed as soon as possible. Tree Service of Troy was great to work with. I received a timely and very competitive quote and the work was performed as scheduled. The crew arrived when scheduled (early!) and were respectful and efficient. They removed a very tall and overgrown Chinese Elm in my backyard and they trimmed a large maple tree in the front that was growing over my roof. Excellent job on both and really neat clean up afterwards (including my neighbor's driveway). I'd highly recommend.
