The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Brandon was so patient. It was my daughter's first time at the office and they made us feel like we had been there a hundred times before!
My oldest son has had lengthy work done on his teeth in the past at a different office. Thankfully, he was young enough not to remember much but I, Mom, do. I didn't like traveling out of town to the previous dentist either and was looking for a "local forever dentist" for our sons. My youngest had never seen a dentist so I knew the experience would be over whelming for him. Staff is amazing from the get go. Friendly and loving to my 3 1/2 year old daughter. The staff saw my daughter holding her "my little pony "doll in her hands as we were going to the back office to the exam room. When we got back to the exam room there was "my little pony" playing on the TV screen making her calm and confident enough to sit down in the dental chair. Everyone was incredibly nice and seemed genuinely happy to care for my kids. The office was super cute and clean. My kids are already excited to go back!
Everyone was very kind and kid friendly and professional. I appreciated being able to go and stay with the kids while they had their cleanings and checkups. I also appreciated the communication and feedback as well as simple social kindness displayed. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and one another. Recommend highly.
I was incredibly nervous taking my 4 year old daughter to any dentist after we had a awful experience with another dentist in the past. After reading the great reviews online about Dr. Brandon and his team, I decided to give it a try and I'm very glad we did.
