Reed was a very nice doctor as well as understanding. He made up for the overall TERRIBLE experience I had at that hospital. Their mental health process is going to cause more mental health crisis escalations than help. The hospital needs to change their way of handling that. There are a large amount of depressed people who don't plan to hurt themselves or exit the world, but are still severely depressed. Very professional, kind, understanding and knowledgeable doctor who listens to what patient needs and patient problems. My mother had a wonderful experience today when she went to ER for her health issue .
