Service was thorough and professional. They took the time to show the difference units available and took the time to respond to any questions. Units and property were clean and ready to move in. Would recommend.
First time renting a storage unit. Process was easy and the price was better than the surrounding facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Went to get a unit in an urgent matter. It was a last minute situation. Booked a unit online and got there and nobody was there. Mind u we arrived at noon and they were supposed to close at 2. Finally received a call back two days after leaving a message. I told them the situation and their response was “we had a call off it was out of our control”. excuse me? as a business u shouldn't close because “nobody can cover”. Excellent prices, clean units. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I've used other storage facilities over the years, but this one has been the best experience out of all of them so far. Plus the online interface for paying your unit rent and even adding additional units is so convenient!
