Trey (/Felix) was not willing in-session to interrupt our couples fighting though was repeatedly asked to intervene and help us understand each other better and communicate. We came out worse (broken up) than we went in. Not recommended for couples/family.
Nice guy, but would not recommend. After having 2 sessions with us, instead of telling us in person that he doesnt think he can help us, he sends an email on a Sunday night. In an environment where trust and professional etiquette is needed, he displayed a complete lack of professional etiquette. You dont fire a client over email. Have the decency to have that communication face to face.
