After being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars at Tri City Auto Repair in Spring Lake, I will not be back. I recently had almost $3,000 in front-end work completed. Immediately following the service, a new rattling noise started coming from the front shields—a sound that was never there prior to the repair. I attempted communicating this by calling several times and leaving a voicemail, but my attempts were left unanswered. Brought my car towed and they jumped it after battery was dead and took my $118 bill down to $18 after a conversation about a additional issue. The initial problem was a no start but they said it started right up just needed a jump. I hope it stays starting as they refunded the diagnostic fee also as they found no issue for what it was brought into the shop for Thanks again guys. I'll be back Frank
As always the technicians and front desk service were professional, thorough in explaining, great customer service! I also got a loaner car, which I greatly appreciated as I had several other appointments yesterday. Transmission fluid flush & some other work to improve engine performance on my used car with like 96k miles! Very pleased!!
Nathaniel was awesome and took care of our motorhome. The communication during the process was great. The pictures they sent showed us how everything looked. Appreciate the quick turnaround.
