Brought my car towed and they jumped it after battery was dead and took my $118 bill down to $18 after a conversation about a additional issue. The initial problem was a no start but they said it started right up just needed a jump. I hope it stays starting as they refunded the diagnostic fee also as they found no issue for what it was brought into the shop for Thanks again guys. I'll be back Frank

As always the technicians and front desk service were professional, thorough in explaining, great customer service! I also got a loaner car, which I greatly appreciated as I had several other appointments yesterday. Transmission fluid flush & some other work to improve engine performance on my used car with like 96k miles! Very pleased!!
Tri City has been so helpful with our vehicle situation. Karl and Tyler especially have always made sure we were taken care of!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Very thankful for the business and those two employees!
Had a pretty major main and aux batteries issue come up on Tuesday, and was lucky to get an appointment on Friday. Not only were both batteries fully replaced in little time, but one of the servicemen was kind enough to go out to get the replacement aux battery so as to not have to wait until Sunday. Awesome service and communication!
