My truck had a flat tire n I had it towed to them, they diagnosed it first to see if the leak can be fixed before suggesting to put on a new tire, they put a rush on getting a new tire for me, especially drove out to get the tire for my truck so I’m not stuck w/o a vehicle for the weekend, fixed the tire before the end of the day. As always the technicians and front desk service were professional, thorough in explaining, great customer service! I also got a loaner car, which I greatly appreciated as I had several other appointments yesterday. Transmission fluid flush & some other work to improve engine performance on my used car with like 96k miles! Very pleased!!
My experience has been extremely positive. Tri City has been professional, efficient, and trustworthy. My car is an Infiniti and driving to the Grand Rapids dealer is not always convenient so I checked out Tri City and they are great!

After being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars at Tri City Auto Repair in Spring Lake, I will not be back. I recently had almost $3,000 in front-end work completed. Immediately following the service, a new rattling noise started coming from the front shields—a sound that was never there prior to the repair.
